Concept Design for New 150 Bedroom PARK-INN Hotel and Spa Centre in the Heart of Smolensk, the historical city in western Russia, approximately 400km from Moscow.

Historical constraints call for a carefully considered design for this site, located in the vicinity of the 11th Century Assumption Cathedral.

Radisson SAS Hotel, Letterkenny

New 114-bed Hotel and Conference Centre with Leisure Centre and Pool in the heart of Letterkenny, the commercial capital of Donegal in the north-west of Ireland.

The hotel was the first 4-star modern-designed hotel in Donegal, completed on budget and within contract period.
A ‘simple and measured’ contemporary approach to the overall design to reflect the provincial context for the project.

All Architectural and Interior Design services were provided by MBA.

Ramada Encore Hotel, Co. Donegal

The construction of a 81 bedroom hotel in a town centre site in Letterkenny. The hotel includes a large cafe bar and function suite and is fitted out to a luxuries standard. MBA also project manage the construction of this hotel within a 10 month contract period.

Sheraton Hotel, Sochi, Russia

New 265-bed Hotel and Conference Centre with Leisure Centre Spa and Pool in the heart of Sochi set along the shores of the Black Sea in southern Russia.

Contemporary design on a challenging steeply-sloping site overlooking the Black Sea. The overall design addresses the coastline, providing the maximum benefit of the southern aspect with 82% of rooms having a seaward aspect.

Concept Design completed with Detail Design in progress.

Sochi has been selected to be the host for the XXII Olympic Winter Games in 2014.

Dublin Port Ferry, Co. Dublin

This project is at inception stage and comprises the development of a new ferry terminal for the Dublin Port Ferry company which integrates with the Luas service and provides for the insertion of all necessary infrastructures in order to achieve this including the provision of a ferry terminal, pedestrian bridge link, road crossing and disabled access lifts.

Retail & Office Development and Filling Station, Letterkenny

Proposed New High-End Retail and Office development with Filling Station at the Neil T Blaney Road, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal.

Design proposes a 3-storey building with common rooftop terraces and gardens overlooking the new Letterkenny Town Centre landscape (in future).

Profile Park, Dublin

This is a marketing and information suite constructed as part one storey and part storey to provide information and marketing facilities as part of the Profile Park Development, Dublin.

COPE Supermarket, Co. Donegal

This project comprises the demolition of existing main street premises and the construction of a new modern retail facility providing new supermarket, sports shop, post office and first floor office accommodation at Main Street, Dungloe, Co Donegal.

The Chan Residence, Isle of Doagh, Co. Donegal

The brief we were given was to design a contemporary dwelling house for a family providing bright well lit spaces taking advantage of the views and with no corridors. The style reflects the rural local vernacular.
